Audiobook story passes and credit packages are digital goods that grant immediate access to proprietary audio content and media excerpts. Once tokens are consumed or digital story chapters are unlocked, refunds are processed only under eligible conditions such as double charges.
If your payment was debited from your bank account or UPI but credits were not reflected within 30 minutes, our automated reconciliation system will either credit the story tokens or reverse the funds within 3–5 business days.
